Multinational workforce across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and Morocco
Professional development, cross-functional training, and leadership programs at every level.
UKA Foods hires for potential, commitment, and alignment with our core values: quality obsession, continuous improvement, and collaborative excellence. We seek people who take pride in their craft, embrace accountability, and find motivation in contributing to a global food system that feeds millions.
Our hiring process evaluates technical competence alongside cultural fit — because in a vertically integrated operation spanning agriculture through distribution, teamwork across functions and geographies is not optional, it is essential to our success.
Our culture is built on four pillars: Quality First — every decision, at every level, prioritizes product quality and food safety; Continuous Improvement — we systematically seek better ways to work, produce, and serve our partners; Global Thinking — we operate as one team regardless of geography, sharing knowledge, standards, and best practices across all locations; and People Investment — we develop our team members because their growth drives our growth.
These values are not aspirational statements — they are embedded in our performance systems, recognition programs, and daily operational decisions. New team members experience them from their first day through structured onboarding that connects individual roles to the company's global mission.
Operating across four countries and serving 40+ markets means diversity is inherent to our business. We employ team members from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds — and we actively leverage this diversity as a competitive advantage.
Different perspectives improve our product development, strengthen our market understanding, and enhance our problem-solving capabilities. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every team member can contribute fully and grow professionally.
UKA Foods continuously seeks talented professionals across all functions and locations. Current areas of active recruitment include: Production & Manufacturing — operators, supervisors, and production managers for our processing and packaging lines; Quality Assurance — laboratory technicians, QA officers, and quality managers; Supply Chain & Logistics — procurement specialists, warehouse managers, and export coordinators; Sales & Business Development — regional sales managers, export executives, and key account managers; and Engineering & Maintenance — mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers for our manufacturing facilities.
All positions offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a growing international food group with a clear mission and strong values.
Our structured internship programs provide university students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in food manufacturing, quality management, supply chain operations, and commercial functions. Interns work on real projects alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge that accelerate their career development.
Internship programs run across all four factory locations, with placement periods of 3–6 months. High-performing interns are prioritized for full-time positions upon program completion, creating a reliable talent pipeline for our growing operations.
Our application process is designed to be transparent and respectful of candidates' time. Typical stages include: online application review, initial phone or video screening, technical assessment or case study (role-dependent), on-site interview with the hiring manager and team, and final offer. We aim to complete the process within 3–4 weeks and provide feedback to all candidates.

UKA Foods' four-country manufacturing network — spanning Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and Morocco — creates unique international career development opportunities for high-performing team members. Our global mobility program facilitates cross-factory assignments, international transfers, and short-term project deployments that accelerate professional growth while strengthening operational knowledge sharing across the group.
Employees selected for global mobility assignments receive comprehensive relocation support, cultural orientation, and continued career progression tracking to ensure that international experience translates into long-term career advancement. Whether it is a production engineer gaining exposure to a different facility's processes, a quality manager leading a standards harmonization project across multiple sites, or a commercial leader building distributor relationships in a new region — global mobility at UKA Foods transforms individual careers while building the cross-border expertise that powers our international growth strategy.
Every UKA Foods employee has access to structured training programs designed to build technical competence, leadership capability, and cross-functional understanding. Our training calendar includes: Technical Skills — food science fundamentals, quality management systems, HACCP principles, and equipment operation; Leadership Development — management skills, team leadership, decision-making, and communication for current and emerging leaders; Cross-Functional Exposure — rotation programs that give high-potential employees experience across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial functions.
Training is delivered through a blend of on-site workshops, e-learning modules, external certification programs, and mentorship relationships with senior leaders.
We believe in promoting from within. Our career development framework provides clear progression pathways for every function — from entry-level positions through supervisory roles to senior management. Regular performance reviews, development conversations, and succession planning ensure that motivated employees have visible pathways to advancement.
Many of our current senior managers and factory leaders began their UKA Foods careers in operational or technical roles — a testament to our commitment to internal development and the opportunities available within our growing organization.
As a multi-country operation, knowledge sharing is essential to maintaining our unified quality standards. Regular cross-factory exchanges, quarterly technical forums, and annual best-practice conferences bring together team members from all locations to share innovations, solve common challenges, and strengthen the professional network that holds our global operation together.
This culture of sharing ensures that a process improvement discovered in our Egypt facility is rapidly adopted in Kenya, and a quality insight from Saudi Arabia benefits our Morocco operations — multiplying the value of every individual's contribution.
Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career — UKA Foods offers the opportunity to work with purpose, grow with support, and contribute to a food system that serves millions across 40+ countries.
