Who We Are

More than a manufacturer — a complete food system

UKA Foods is a vertically integrated global food group that controls the complete value chain from agriculture to distribution. What sets us apart is not just what we produce, but how we produce it — with full ownership of every stage, from the moment a seed enters the soil to the moment a product reaches a consumer's table in any of our 40+ markets.

This level of integration is rare in the global food industry. It means our partners benefit from consistent quality, competitive pricing, supply reliability, and the agility to respond to market demands — advantages that fragmented, multi-vendor supply chains simply cannot deliver.

Company System
"We built UKA Foods on a simple conviction: if you want to guarantee quality to your customers, you must control it at every stage. There are no shortcuts in food manufacturing — only systems, standards, and relentless commitment."

Our Vision

To be the most trusted food manufacturing partner for international distributors — recognized for operational excellence, product consistency, and the power of full vertical integration.

We envision a world where every UKA Foods product, regardless of where it was manufactured or where it is consumed, represents the same uncompromising standard of quality.

Our Mission

To deliver export-ready food products of exceptional quality through vertically integrated operations, advanced manufacturing technology, and strategic global distribution — while investing in the communities, environments, and partnerships that sustain our growth.

Every decision we make is guided by this mission: from the farming practices we promote to the certifications we pursue to the partnerships we cultivate.

Our Journey

From a single facility to a global food group

Every milestone in UKA Foods' history represents a strategic decision — to invest deeper, reach further, and raise the standard higher. Here is the story of our growth from a regional processor to a multinational food manufacturing system.

2009
Foundation in Egypt

UKA Foods was established in Egypt with a clear vision: to build a world-class food manufacturing operation that controls quality from the very first link of the supply chain. Initial operations focused on tomato processing, leveraging Egypt's exceptional agricultural conditions and strategic position as a gateway between Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

2009 Foundation
2012
Expansion into Juices & Tomato Processing

Recognizing growing demand for diversified product lines, UKA Foods expanded into juice production and advanced tomato processing. New concentration lines, aseptic filling capabilities, and expanded storage infrastructure transformed the Egypt campus into a multi-category manufacturing hub — laying the foundation for the product diversity that defines us today.

2015
Launch of Multi-Brand Architecture

The strategic launch of Zain, Golden, and other brand extensions created a multi-brand portfolio addressing different market segments — from premium retail to value-oriented general trade. This architecture allowed UKA Foods to serve diverse channels without brand dilution, giving distribution partners the flexibility to build complete category programs from a single supplier.

2017
Entry into African Markets

Africa's rapidly growing consumer base presented an enormous opportunity. UKA Foods established its Kenya manufacturing hub to serve East and Central African markets with locally produced, affordably packaged products. This move reduced logistics costs, shortened lead times, and enabled the sachet and small-format packaging that African markets demand.

2019

The product portfolio broadened significantly with the addition of cooking herbal concentrates, and naturally fermented vinegars. These categories strengthened UKA Foods' position as a full-spectrum food manufacturer capable of supplying complete product assortments — making us an even more valuable partner for distributors seeking to consolidate their supplier base.

2021
Factory Expansion & Capacity Investment

Major capital investment programs across all manufacturing hubs — new production lines, expanded cold storage, upgraded quality laboratories, and increased warehousing capacity. The Saudi Arabia hub was enhanced for premium packaging and GCC market service, while the Morocco facility expanded its EU-aligned export capabilities. Combined group capacity surpassed 183,000 MT annually.

2023
40+ Country Presence Achieved

UKA Foods' distribution footprint expanded across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South East Asia, South America, and North America — reaching 40+ countries with active distribution partnerships. Regional market teams were strengthened, certification portfolios expanded to 50+ programs, and the group's reputation as a reliable, scalable manufacturing partner was firmly established among international buyers on six continents.

2025
Full Vertical Integration & Global Positioning

Today, UKA Foods operates as a fully vertically integrated food group — controlling agriculture, processing, manufacturing, packaging, export, and distribution under one unified management system. The group is positioned not just as a manufacturer, but as a strategic partner for international distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators seeking reliable, scalable, and fully certified food supply solutions.

Vertical Integration

From soil preparation to global delivery

The UKA Foods supply chain is not a series of outsourced transactions — it is a single, controlled journey managed end-to-end by our own teams. This is what gives our products their consistency, our pricing its competitiveness, and our partners their confidence.

🌱 Agriculture & Sourcing

It begins in the field. Our contracted growing programs work directly with farmers, specifying seed varieties, managing irrigation schedules, monitoring crop health, and conducting pre-harvest quality assessments. Soil preparation, fertilization, and pest management are guided by our agronomists to ensure every harvest meets the specifications our factories require.

This is not passive sourcing — it is active agricultural management that ensures raw material quality is controlled before a single tomato, sesame seed, or fruit enters our supply chain.

🔬 Processing & Quality Control

At the factory intake gate, raw materials pass through six quality verification stages: field inspection records review, maturity scoring, automated sorting, pesticide residue testing, chemical analysis, and traceability tagging. Only materials that pass every gate proceed to production.

This rigorous incoming quality system ensures that the foundation of every product — the raw material itself — meets the highest standards before manufacturing even begins.

🏭 Manufacturing & Packaging

Four specialized factories transform verified raw materials into finished products across seven categories. Automated production lines — from aseptic concentration and high-speed filling to retort processing and multi-format packaging — operate under continuous quality monitoring with real-time parameter tracking.

Every batch is tested, documented, and released through our quality laboratory system before it is cleared for packaging in any of our five format platforms: glass, tin, sachet, Tetra Pak, or plastic.

🌍 Export & Distribution

Finished products are consolidated, documented, and shipped through our dedicated export logistics infrastructure. Our export team manages certificates of origin, health certificates, regulatory compliance documentation, and shipping logistics for 40+ destination markets.

Regional distribution partnerships ensure products reach their final destinations efficiently, with localized market support, promotional planning, and demand forecasting that keeps shelves stocked and partners profitable.

"When you control the entire chain, you control the outcome. Every UKA Foods product carries the assurance of end-to-end management — from the soil it grew in to the shelf it sits on."
